Val graduated from UMass Boston with a BA in Anthropology and a minor in Classical Studies. During college, Val was part of her school choirs and has studied music for over a decade. She is particularly interested in art history, Greek antiquity, and biological anthropology. She plans to get her MS in Library & Information Science. In her free time, Val loves reading anything and everything, but especially fantasy.
