Sarah Quiat is the Wyner Family Jewish Heritage Center’s Interim Director. Prior to joining the JHC in 2023, Sarah held education and program-management positions at a range of historical institutions, including the Jewish Women’s Archive and the Yiddish Book Center. Sarah is an alumna of Vassar College (where she double majored in Economics and Jewish Studies) and is a trained oral historian. She offers experience and passion for reaching wider audiences about the stories in the JHC’s collections and, more broadly, about American Jewish history and heritage.
