Natalia helps the Research Services department stay organized and run smoothly. She assists the Researchers and Research Services Director with scheduling meetings, processing incoming research cases, facilitating communications with patrons, and tracking volunteer hours. She has also contributed to archival projects overseen by the Database team. Natalia holds a BA in History with a minor in History of Art and Architecture from Boston University, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Theta. Previously, she worked for Revolutionary Spaces in Boston, interacting with visitors at the Old State House, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and the Old South Meeting House.
