Bailey Richter, Visitor Experience Associate, is dedicated to creating a welcoming and engaging experience for every guest who visits American Ancestors. In their role, Bailey greets members and visitors to the Family Heritage Experience and the Brim-DeForest Library, supports daily guest services, coordinates group visits, and helps foster a friendly environment for anyone interested in exploring their family history.

Prior to joining American Ancestors, Bailey spent several years in customer-facing roles in both hospitality and healthcare settings, including positions at Starbucks, Addus Home Care, and OSF HealthCare.
