In the Pension Claim No. 499651
of Georgianna I. Peaslee, widow of Thomas C. Peaslee late of Cl A. 6th Regt. N.H. Vol’r [Volunteer].
Personally came before me, a judge of probate in and for the District of Manchester State of Connecticut Oliver B. Taylor a citizen of Manchester Hartford County said State whose Post Office address is Manchester Green, Hartford County State of Connecticut well known to me to be reputable and entitled to credit, and who, being duly sworn, declares in relation to aforesaid case as follows:
That he is a Practicing Physician, and that he has been acquainted with said soldier for about 3 months, and that __

In the pension claim No. 49951 of Georgianna I. Peaslee widow of Thomas C. Peaslee late of Co. A. 6th Regt. N.H. Vol’r.
I am a practicing physician and was acquainted with Aquilla E. Small former husband of the said Georgianna I. Peaslee for about three months. I was called as physician to said Aquilla E. Small on the 16th day of July 1872, and on the 21st day of August in said 1872, he died of Pulmonary Phthisis, and was buried in the town of Manchester, Connecticut, his residence while in Manchester being about one mile from my own.
