To one house 19 ½ frunt and a 50 foot back containing 11 rooms up right 2 cellars in good order

To one house near Stowbridge 18 foot front and 36 back with 6 rooms 4 fireplaces 3 closets in good order—£94.0.0 

To one store 12 and 16 foot in good order—£35.0.0 

To 2 small buildings in garding 8 foot in length and 6 foot in width—
